This recently renovated fifty-seven sqm first-floor apartment with a secure entrance feels like a real home. Ideal for long stays, Erasmus students, digital nomads, remote workers, and professionals. I lived here while studying, arranging it with practicality and travel needs in mind to offer a clean, functional home at a fair price for an authentic Athenian experience.
The flat has two separate bedrooms with private TVs. The back bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The flexible front bedroom has a double bed converting to two single beds, a sofa chair turning into a single bed, and a small street balcony. It features a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven (grill/hot air), a shower bathroom with a washing machine, and an entrance hall sitting area with two armchairs and storage. Strong Wi-Fi, bills included, self-check-in (in-person tour on request), and thorough cleaning before handover are provided.
Located in a calm, local area without clubs or noisy nightlife. Victoria Metro is five hundred and fifty meters away (five to seven minutes on foot, four minutes to Monastiraki) and Larissa Station is four hundred and fifty meters away (four to six minutes on foot, six minutes to Syntagma). It offers easy access to AUEB and NTUA Patission Complex.

I chose this area because it feels like real, everyday Athens. I personally lived in this apartment while studying nearby at the Athens University of Economics and Business, so I know the neighbourhood well.
It is not a fancy or overly touristy area, but a calm and local Athenian neighbourhood, without clubs or noisy nightlife. What I enjoy most is that you can experience Athens more like a local, while still being very close to the centre. Victoria Metro Station and Larissa Station are both within a short walk, making it easy to reach Monastiraki, Syntagma, the historic centre, or continue your journey around Greece.
