The place was everything we needed and more. We were in San Diego for our son’s wedding. We have a 2 yr old granddaughter and we spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub. Outdoor facilities were great for outdoor eating and visiting. House was quiet and accommodating for 6 adults. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The house is absolutely perfect. Our family enjoyed a full week at the house taking advantage of the beautiful pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. We also took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen cooking several meals for 9 people. As I said, the house is perfect and the host was very responsive to anything we needed.

We had a fantastic week long stay at Thomas's place in Mission Bay. It was the perfect location for a multi-generational family get together (ages 2- 82 a dog!). All communication was quick and easy and Thomas was even able to accomodate us with early check in. The house is very comfortable and great for families. The backyard/pool set up is ideal and we spent many hours in the pool with the kids, we especially enjoyed the box of pool toys/noodles, floats etc. Parking was very easy and the location was perfect for outings around San Diego both by bike and by car. I would highly reccomend this house and will definitely book it again next time we come to San Diego.

A wonderful place for a nice family get away. The out door space is truly spectacular. You could almost just stay in the out door living space. The house itself was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The host greeted us upon entry and explained things which was very helpful. He was great at communicating throughout the stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was spotless. The beds were Very comfortable! We had 4 teenage girls celebrating graduations and 3 generations of family and we ALL loved the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fire pit, which were used daily. The back yard setting is lovely! The only negative was no ping pong table as expected, but the rest of the yard and the games made up for that! The location was excellent and we could get to any of the sites easily. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This property is luxuriously appointed both inside and out. Pictures and the description accurately portrayed what we found when we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Tom, the host, who graciously welcomed us to the property. He then spent time with us to clearly explain how to enjoy of all the available features of the home from operating the pool, hot tub, TV's and sound system. The home was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and other essentials.Communication with Tom was a key benefit to staying here. We had clear explanation of the check-in and check-out process - all of which was easy and reassuring. We never experienced any problems during our stay, but we were pleased to know that if anything did come up, Tom would be available with a phone call.The backyard is an exceptional oasis and with a large turf area that was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is quiet, located near Crown Point Park, and all the beaches within close proximity. We hope to return to this Crown Point rental again in the future.
