The large kitchen boasts a double oven, grill and 5 burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, large, American style, fridge freezer, and washing machine - all make entertaining large numbers easier.
After all the fun, when you need to recharge, there are four king bedrooms and one bedroom with two singles. We offer the option to have two bedrooms each with two single beds instead - great for those who don’t want to share a bed!

The three bathrooms all have underfloor heating and walk in showers - two are en-suites and one central shower room, make mornings easy.

Outside you will find an enclosed, private garden area with hot tub, pool table, patio, outdoor seating and fire pit - perfect for entertaining. There is also ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (with CCTV for security).

Guests enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by charming rustic details and a tremendous sense of space. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this delightful barn offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

I have lived most of my life in this area of Shropshire working on the family farm, contracting, then building. I converted the barns and built Stocks Lane and Fields House with my son, Jonathan, amongst many other properties in the area including Percy Thrower’s house in Shrewsbury!
I enjoy hosting because I get to meet some wonderful people from all over the country and abroad. In my free time I enjoy clay shooting, traveling and eating out!

Why they chose this property

My family all live in this area. Shropshire is a beautiful county with rolling hills and lush farmland. We are close to places of historical interest like Chester and Shrewsbury, and a short drive to Snowdonia National Park and wonderful National Trust properties like Chirk Castle, Erdigg Hall, Attingham Park, for example. Other spectacular sites include Ironbridge and the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful barn conversion has wonderful space. The central lounge and dining area forms the perfect hub for socializing around the log burner in the winter, BBQ outside on the patio or soak in the 6-seater hot-tub outside in the warmer months.

The one level living also makes it easy for multigenerational groups.
