The condo was clean, updated, and in a prime location. A short 5 minute walk to the quicksilver chair and 3 minute drive to Main Street, the location was ideal. Looking forward to our next stay!
Nico condo in a convenient location. It was a short walk to lift and town. The unit is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.
This place has a great layout. It looks like they recently renovated all the bathrooms. Lots of balcony room, and so easy to walk to ski at the base of peak 9
The place was perfect for me and my 2 brothers. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The walk to the lifts and restaurants was only 5 mins. Not having to drive or find parking was great.
Second time staying at this property this season and it was even better than the first! Very convenient ski location within 200 yards of the base of the Quicksilver lift. The pool and hot tubs were a great perk after long ski days. The property is clean with a well-stocked kitchen and communication with the owner was excellent.
Excellent location, can easily walk to the lifts. Very spacious with 3 queen beds. The manager was super helpful and easily accessible and accommodating. Property is very functional but just a little dated. Overall great location and super functional property for me and my family.
We loved the location and size of of the condo. Communication was excellent with the owners. Small issues with missing lightbulbs in living area and patio were minor complaints. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked for cooking. Overall a decent stay for a very affordable price in a perfect location to all to town.
This place was excellent - short walk to the quicksilver lift AND downtown Breck. We have young kids who ski but lack stamina. The location was perfect for us for this reason. :)
We also couldn’t get over how great the unit was. Clearly remodeled very recently - everything felt new and clean. Beds also very comfortable, even the Murphy bed in the main living / dining area.
We’ve stayed at a lot of great places in Breck but this one really stands out.
Wow, this place must have JUST been newly remodeled. Floors, paint, appliances, fireplace, everything looks brand new! Location is as advertised - walkable distance to the Quicksilver chair, easy to get to Breck Main street for all the activities and food. Parking was really convenient, right below the unit. Parking spot is covered, but a bit tight for large SUV/Trucks, just FYI. Also FYI the hot tub/pool situation is very close, but is shared among many other condo units, so it tends to get very busy apres ski, and heavy on the "frat party" crowd, if you are into that scene.
This property is older but is in a great location. It comfortably slept five adults and three children ages 10, 8 and 4. The access is through an outside stairwell. It is difficult going up and down the stairs with ski boots and ski gear. Just keep that in mind when planning for your trip. If you are in great shape, it will not be a problem!

Great Location and Clean. Caring host.
Clean, comfortable, affordable, with a great location. The property worked great for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. The third bathroom was a big plus and a rarity at this price point. The pictures shows the unit as it is and there were no surprises. The host was extremely responsive to any inquiries before and during the stay. Two things to note...1) If walking to town, don't take Google maps route, much shorter to cut through by the Marriott passed their pool toward main street. and 2) the gas station at the corner has a 'policy' (that they seem quite proud of!) to not exchange dollars for quarters to be used in the laundry machines. We in turn drafted a policy not to buy anything there.

Great location. Property not maintained great.
We stayed 6 nights as a family of 4.
Pros: location, room sizes, you can see fireworks from the balcony. Plenty towels and toilet paper. Clean bedding. Lots of coffee cups.
Cons: hard beds, patio door in main room does not lock or close properly, they are older and not sound proof and the unit faces a road not woods you hear the road and the ac in master. Shower pressure is non existing. The unit looks a lot more update on photos.
* After checking in we had issues with fleas biting. The rental service had someone out the next morning to treat. The issue is the balcony we believe there are plenty of pets in the building so possibly this is where they were entering from. We had no pets with us. There was no pet hair in the unit.
The location is fantastic, we like staying in this area, short walk to lifts and downtown. Price is very reasonable for the location. Hot tub was very nice. Great unit, a bit dated but it is evident in the overall description and pictures. We would definitely stay again. Response from owner was quick and directions very easy to follow.
We all really enjoyed the condo and the location is amazing. We are looking forward to returning next year and staying a full week. Thank you so much Julie. Excellent location and wonderful accommodations. Hassle free and family friendly.

The property was well kept, nearly ski in ski out, and it fit 6 adults great. I believe it would sleep 8 adults great, but it would be a bit cramped for general living and eating (not a problem for most ski groups).

The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, the well-stocked kitchen and ample room to relax after skiing. So convenient we walked back in each day for lunch. We’re headed back again this season!
Great location. Good value. Weird layout and outdated bathrooms
My family of four vacationed during August. You can not beat the location. It is a stones throw to main street. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. I can see where it would be very ideal in the winter time especially. The bathrooms are in desperate need of updating and the unit ceilings are made of old foam tiles. The unit was clearly three different apartments that they merged into one. The main room is nice and comfy. Bedrooms have nice bedding and I liked that there are balcony's on either side of the unit. The grill was a nice perk. There is NO washer and dryer in the unit--it's in a shared space. The pool area was very nice and close by. Overall, good value and can't beat the location.
