Delph Cottage Two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor shower room
Rural location within easy reach of amenities, there are three bedrooms two twin rooms on the ground floor, and master bedroom on the first floor with an en-suit shower room, along with very large lounge. The ground floor also has a kitchen and dining area with a sofa and TV making the property suitable for the less able. Out side there is a patio area with table for 6, and a bench There is BBQ that is kept under cover when not in use. We are not far from junction 12 on the M65 motorway, making touring easy and with a hour you can get to the Lake District, Lancaster, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester. and Skipton and Harrogate
There are good walks and Cycling in the area, Golf Clubs, Castles Clitheroe, Skipton, Lancaster.
Bolton Abbey, Sawley Abbey, Townley Hall, Gawthorpe Hall to name but a few
Wycoller with its Bronte connections is near by
