Positioned along Kingsland Road, this home sits between Shoreditch, Hoxton and Haggerston—one of East London’s most active and creative areas. The neighbourhood is known for its mix of independent cafés, restaurants and galleries, alongside a strong cultural and nightlife scene.



Within around a 10–15 minute walk, you’ll find Regent’s Canal and Haggerston Park, offering green space and waterside walking routes. Shoreditch High Street and Columbia Road Flower Market are also within easy reach, providing a mix of weekend markets, boutiques and well-known dining spots.



Getting Around:

This location offers excellent connectivity across London, with multiple transport options nearby.

• Hoxton Station – approx. 0.6 miles (10–12 min walk)

• Standard check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-ins after 8pm may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee (£50 if an in-person agent is required)

• All guests are required to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival. This includes providing a copy of a valid ID or passport

• The lead guest must be at least 28 years old (exceptions may be considered with prior approval)

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight

• The property is arranged over two levels within the apartment, with internal stairs

• The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed via a lift within the building

• As the home is located in London, guests should expect a typical level of city noise
