Welcome to our clean, modern and comfortable getaway. Our freshly remodeled 3,500 sqft home is an incredible space for families, couples or friends to gather and relax. Open floor plan, tons of natural light, modern decor, high-end appliances, quiet street close to downtown with unobstructed views of the iconic Flatirons and Mount Sanitas. Sleeps up to 8

Located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown (bikes included), close to hiking, biking and all that Boulder has to offer. The house is tastefully designed with artwork throughout and equipped with everything you might need to entertain and enjoy.

Most lovely month-long stay!

My family stayed for the month of July and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, clean, very cozy, and had everything you could want and need. The open floor plan was super welcoming. Howie and his family were very kind & accommodating, checking in to make sure everything was working well, etc. It really felt like we were in a home, not just a rental house, and that was something we appreciated a lot. We hope to return here, thank you so much!

Perfect home. Perfect location. Perfect hosts.

Our family stayed at this home for over three weeks. The house is beautifully designed, with open flow living areas, and an indoor-outdoor feeling that is unbeatable! The stunning master suite has spectacular Flatiron views and is the perfect retreat, while the other bedrooms are all oversized and incredibly functional. The garden is great, hot-tub and fire-pit included, and offers the perfect amount of shade throughout the day. The home is a bike-ride away to downtown and the best parks in Boulder. We really had a perfect stay, and not in the least thanks to our hosts. They were on hand with advice and tips from the first contact through the last day of our stay, and the home was perfectly serviced throughout our stay (cleaners, plants, garden, hot-tub). Homes and hosts just don't get any better than this!

Easy, comfortable vacation home with great views

Having rented homes for family vacations on numerous occasions we appreciate this well maintained, furnished and spacious home with great views.  We loved the indoor/outdoor feel provided by the bifolding sliding glass doors opening up to the backyard patio and tons of natural light throughou. All in all a great stay!

Clean modern home with wonderful open space. Amenities were state of the art. Owners are wonderful to deal with . Enjoyed watching the family of deer in the neighbors yard every morning. Would stay there again in a heartbeat .

Our stay at this place was awesome. It had plenty of bedrooms for our family and lots of room downstairs to hang out. It's very well taken care of. We were a very short drive away from the Pearl Street Mall which was super convenient. Working with Howard was great, and he wanted to make sure that we had everything we wanted (and we did!). Overall, I couldn't have asked for more.

Great Boulder Home

We had a wonderful time in this amazing home. Very well equipped with every modern convenience. Centrally located, close to shops and Pearl Street. Howard, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his home to anyone visiting the area.
