A Peaceful and Quiet Space

My stay here was perfect! The space is cute, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I walked in the neighborhood and took advantage of nearby hiking every day I could.

Peaceful property in a fabulous location.

This property is very clean & well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals - just add food! The Property Manager (Liz) was very helpful. Many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The historical homes in the neighborhood are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again :-)

This was a really sweet place. Very clean, homey and so quiet! My only suggestion, perhaps some small lawn lights up to the place? Coming here at night was very dark and hard to find. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home base for Boulder visit. Everything was as advertised or better. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I can offer some constructive criticism on is the pillows - cheap foam and not the most comfortable. But the location was great - very quiet but easily walkable to the Pearl St area and a little farther (25 minutes) to CU and the Hill. Great stay. Would definitely do again.

In the Heart of Boulder

Fantastic location! We were able to walk to Pearl Street, Boulder Creek, Red Rocks Trail, Lucile’s for breakfast, and Sherpa Adventures for dinner. We even had our own creek (farmer’s ditch) behind the house, which was a great, quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. The bed was a bit firm for our taste, but the house was the perfect size for our needs. Loved the bunnies that were around in the mornings and evenings.

Cute cottage for bride & groom!

Our son and new wife stayed here for their wedding weekend and loved this wonderful little cottage — close enough to walk to and from post-wedding events downtown and yet tucked away and special. Clean and comfortable and they were so pleased! Thank you for making it all very easy, too.

Fantastic as always!

This my third time back to Paul's delightful Tree House and my wife's first visit. It was as perfect as ever. Everything that one or two people would need for a stay in Boulder. The location is perfect, being in the gorgeous Mapleton Hills area of Boulder which just a couple of blocks to Pearl St and downtown. The communications with Liz, the property manager, from the booking and then throughout our stay, were perfect also. It was also great to catch-up and spend time with Paul again, albeit on our check-out day. He is the perfect host and I/we look forward to returning to the Tree House!

Visit Planned to See Son at CU

We were not able to fly out of Charlotte due to catastrophic flooding and winds in our region from Hurricane Helene. The airport was shut down and no overture towards refunding cleaning fees not used for our stay or any consideration has been offered. The owner simply said it was too late to receive another reservation when the magnitude of the storm and its path became apparent., a hurricane double the size of Katrina. I even promised to use the funds I received back to help people who have nothing and suffering rebuild their lives. Yesterday, we traveled to take supplies to Swannanoa and Asheville to help people with no perishable food and drinking water so they can continue to gather what is remaining of their lives back together. It was overwhelming the damage and our friend’s daughter’s neighborhood at the end of the street simply gone like Chimney Rock, Old For- washed down stream. Close by a body had been recovered from 12 ft in a tree. Luckily, our home received minimal damage unlike so many in my county that suffered 96% power loss and was restored a week later.. Pray for WNC/ East TN and help how you can.
