This spacious, high-end apartment is located in the heart of Boulder on beautiful Mapleton Avenue. It is just three blocks from Pearl Street and a ten minute walk from the University of Colorado campus. You can walk to all of the treasures downtown Boulder has to offer - from excellent restaurants, microbreweries, and coffee shops, to concerts, parks and sporting events. Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.

This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

Easy check in and easy to find everything in the apartment. Boulder seems to be having some issues with "camping in the city", as they call it, so folks should be aware that you are staying within a very easy walk to downtown and just be head's up about the crowds out and about.

Fun stay at awesome home

Beautiful flowers and fruit trees, nice patio table, great 2 bedroom with fantastic kitchen. We hiked Chataugua, Wonderland, Rocky Mt National Park (short one), Walden Pond/Sawmill trails for awesome birds. I biked all over Boulder on safe trail network! And of course Pearl St if u like expensive food, people watching, and tourist things if jst around the block. Had a great time! Thank u!

We came to Boulder first time in 1998 for a visit and fell in love with it. The following year we moved from Washington DC and have been living here ever since. We never regretted leaving the big city. We are very active people who take full advantage of all Boulder has to offer: amazing hiking, running and biking trails, kayaking in the nearby Boulder Reservoir, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and soaring above gorgeous Rocky Mountains. Thus we can give you ample advice what to do and where to go. We have two little kids who accompany us on most of our exploits. We love our home and we hope you will too!
