The apartment has two levels with the main living area and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Located two blocks off Pearl Street in a residential neighborhood, this location is ideal for walking or renting a B-cycle bike to explore all that Boulder has to offer. From the Pearl Street mall that has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail, and night life to the University of Colorado, home of the CU Buffs. Just a small commute and your options are endless to hiking and biking trails, great fishing spots, golf courses, rock climbing, and Eldora Mountain Resort.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable, well designed, and well kept. The location is amazing and the host is very responsive. Towels and linens were nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again. We were in for graduation and were very happy to be so close to campus, Pearl Street, and great hiking/running trails. Thank you Mandy!

Great Boulder Stay

Perfect size and great location

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for us. It was also a short walk to Pearl Street and some great restaurants and coffee shops. We had everything we needed in the house too. Would definitely recommend!!

The perfect cottage

The property is absolutely perfect. So glad to have stayed here during my daughter’s graduation from CU. Great location. Walkable to virtually everything from Pearl to campus.

Clean and Quiet

We loved the location. Everything was as described and spotless. The parking spot was also very much appreciated. We could walk to Pearl Street and drive to the Flat Irons. It also wasn't a difficult trip to Denver when we wanted to explore more. It was a wonderful!

Hidden Gem in Boulder

Location! Location! Location! Great spot near CUB and everything that Pearl Street has to offer. Hosts were very welcoming. The condo is fantastic and had just what you needed to make you feel like you were home. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic property and excellent location!

What a great place to stay! A exceptionally cozy home with great amenities. All of the shops and restaurants on Pearl are easily within walking distance a couple of blocks away. The area is quiet, and the bed and linens are very comfortable. As outdoor enthusiasts, Boulder is one of our favorite places to visit, and we'll absolutely book this unit on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Great CU Boulder Home Base

Condo was just as described, lovely! Perfect place to call home during CU move in. Easy walk to Pearl street area. A quick drive or 20 minute walk to campus. Owners lives in the house in front and were very friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise I didn’t know they were there. Shower and bathroom amenities were great. Kitchen had the essentials. It was hot during my stay and the AC upstairs in the bedroom worked great. Super cute place. Bummed it’s not available for Family Weekend as I would definitely stay again.

Simply the best value in Boulder!

We had such a great time this week! The property is perfect walking distance to everything you could want! We were so impressed with how clean and well maintained the apartment was. The bed was so comfy and the closet was super spacious! The location is ideal for traveling to any great hiking spot as well. Restaurants we enjoyed close by were Mateos, The Kitchen and Centro! We hiked to Sky Pond out of the Bear Lake Trailhead and we loved white water rafting out of Idaho Springs through Rocky Mountain Rafting Co.

Clean, quiet, great location

Stayed 5 nights in late May, two people. Great location near downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall. Excellent unit, very clean and quiet. No oven, but cooktop, microwave, and pop-up toaster, all work well. Keurig-type coffeemaker and tea kettle. Upstairs sink is adjacent to bathroom (shower/toilet) and located in bedroom. Large walk-in closet adjacent to bathroom. Wooden garage in pictures is not part of unit, which is the tall gray structure. Parking space is on other side of unit from wooden garage and leads directly to unit entryway. Really nice visit and would definitely stay again!

Stay in Boulder

This place is located near the main outdoor shopping area. The condo is in back of the main house and one parking spot is available. The patio area outside of the condo is small and if you have a big suitcase, you'll have to move the patio furniture in order to get inside. The place was very clean and is just big enough for 2 people. Getting a suitcase to the bedroom and bath area can be challenging due to it being on the second floor. There is a big closet to accommodate all of your belongings and a dresser to place items in there, as well. The only issue we had was figuring out the locks. The keys stick and instructions outside of the condo state to lift the handle up and turn the key left in order to lock the door. We figured out turning the key right actually locked the door. When we had questions, they were answered in a timely fashion. It was in a good location and a residential area. Would recommend.

Bouldering

This place was quite the gem for the two of us. Very near the hub of Boulder with all the great shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries. It will be our go-to lodging when in the Boulder area again. Landlord and property manager are both great too.
