The apartment has two levels with the main living area and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Located two blocks off Pearl Street in a residential neighborhood, this location is ideal for walking or renting a B-cycle bike to explore all that Boulder has to offer. From the Pearl Street mall that has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail, and night life to the University of Colorado, home of the CU Buffs. Just a small commute and your options are endless to hiking and biking trails, great fishing spots, golf courses, rock climbing, and Eldora Mountain Resort.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. The location was perfect for any CU needs as well as hiking. The property is adorable, clean, inviting as well as comes with everything you need from towels, toiletries to coffee and tea. Mandy is quickly responsive when needed and incredibly accommodating. Can’t wait for my next trip and hope this perfect spot is available.

Perfectly located, cozy apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. Easy walks to Pearl Street Mall. Short drive to loads of great hiking. Apartment has everything you need for a wonderful short stay. Bed and seating are both comfortable. Very clean, all new finishes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely, well appointed, clean, quaint apartment within walking distance to anything you would want to do on Pearl. Beautiful flower gardens. Nice option of AC in the upstairs bedroom, which many places don’t have. Wonderful owners and responsive property owner.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable, well designed, and well kept. The location is amazing and the host is very responsive. Towels and linens were nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again. We were in for graduation and were very happy to be so close to campus, Pearl Street, and great hiking/running trails. Thank you Mandy!

Perfect size and great location

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for us. It was also a short walk to Pearl Street and some great restaurants and coffee shops. We had everything we needed in the house too. Would definitely recommend!!

The perfect cottage

The property is absolutely perfect. So glad to have stayed here during my daughter’s graduation from CU. Great location. Walkable to virtually everything from Pearl to campus.

Perfect base in Boulder

Very nice bungalow with everything you need. Great base for exploring Boulder and national parks in the surrounding area. Short walk to Pearl street with its own parking.

Bouldering

This place was quite the gem for the two of us. Very near the hub of Boulder with all the great shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries. It will be our go-to lodging when in the Boulder area again. Landlord and property manager are both great too.
