Alicen and Albin were wonderful hosts. Very attentive and quick to respond. The house is very cute and clean. We had a very nice time walking the neighborhood and exploring Boulder. Great rental!

This place is a complete sanctuary ! It was a joy to come back to the little creek at the end of each day. And Alicen the host is super friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay in Boulder, we will be back.

Easy to find, even in the dark after flying in. The property is so cute and we were able to walk to so many places in the neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable! We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed (and more!!!). Loved this experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Boulder.

Great host for a property in a great location at a reasonable price. Couldn’t have asked for more and couldn’t have been given better service.At one point, I contacted our host to find out where the iron and ironing board were stored.In response, within minutes, our host came to the property and retrieved it from the laundry room, placed it by our door and responded to us that the iron and ironing board we right outside of our door.

Visited Boulder with my son to tour the CU Boulder campus. Alicen’s place is great! I would highly recommend staying there. It’s a great home remodeled to a very nice standard and centrally located. I would stay there again without hesitation!
