This charming and modern townhouse in the heart of downtown Boulder nestles up to a small irrigation creek and is surrounded and canopied by mature trees.  Enjoy views of the flatirons and sip coffee on your private deck, almost forgetting you are minutes from the hustle and bustle. Our walk score of 94 means that you can park your car upon arrival in your reserved spot and walk to the Pearl Street Mall with 100’s of local shops and restaurants, 29th Street Mall for shopping, dining and a movie, the CU Boulder campus and Folsom Stadium, the Boulder Farmer’s Market, parks, hiking trails, biking trails and much more.

You will enjoy high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, goose-down filled comforters and pillows, wool and silk rugs, electric window coverings, memory-foam mattresses with an adjustable bed frame, digital cable, Sonos sound system with in-wall speakers, in-floor radiant heat and an electric fireplace for a quick warm up and a bit of ambiance in the winter. For summer, we have a built-in wall A/C unit to keep you cool. 

For the cook, the well-appointed kitchen has solid slab quartz counter tops with a waterfall edge, mother-of-pearl back splash, Bosch appliances, a well-stocked dry pantry with spices and most all equipment you need to prepare a gourmet meal if you choose to eat-in. There are 8 grocery stores within 1 mile, including 2 Whole Foods Markets, Natural Grocers, Trader Joe’s, Target, Safeway, and Sprouts.  

Forget your toothbrush?  We have you covered with a drawer of sundries.

If you happen to be here at the right time, you may even find fresh lettuce for your salad in the community garden.

Our location allows you a home base for many adventures and day trips such as Rocky Mountain National Park (28 Miles), mountain resorts like Vail (64 Miles), local skiing at Eldora (18 miles), an adventure in the city of Denver (28 miles) and more!

The rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Pearl Street! The host was kind and very communicative. When we arrived, there was a welcome binder that included info on the rental and nearby activities. There was a pamphlet that showed scenic drives nearby and we definitely took advantage of that information. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!

Great location and apartment

Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely, sunny, comfortable and great location

This was the perfect place for my 10 day work trip. The location is fantastic; I really enjoyed walking to coffee shops in the morning and to restaurants in the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with different pillow options. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, oils, condiments and cooking utensils. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Boulder

We had a wonderful stay here. This is the most well stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. The location was great and the off street parking spot was perfect. We were able to walk to eat and explore. We would for sure stay here again!

Lovely Little Place in Boulder

We stayed here (2 parents and an 11 year old son). It is small and cozy, but its adorable, clean, updated, and lovely! The location near Pearl street is fantastic! The location next to the creek is ideal and we enjoyed mornings outside on the porch. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and the location was excellent. Close to Pearl street Mall. The condo was comfortable and included lots of nice personal touches. The owner was responsive and friendly. We’d love to come back someday.

What a lovely stay!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The host was easy to get a hold of when we arrived in the evening (dark) and couldn’t locate the parking spot. The space itself is small, but beautifully designed and the layout makes it a perfect spot for two. She had a ton of amenities if needed and the location was absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to everything that Pearl Street has to offer and the area was quiet and easy to navigate. It was exactly what we were looking for and we would gladly stay there again.

Perfect location in Boulder

An adorable condo one block from Pearl Street but far enough away from the crowds so it’s peaceful. The property owners were friendly and accommodating. Elderly travelers might have trouble with the steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom.

This adorable house is in the perfect location-easy walk to Pearl street and close to CU. We were in town visiting Boulder and this house was a perfect home base. House was fully stocked, including a draw of supplemental amenities and very clean. We will definitely be back again!

Visiting Our Son in Boulder

Immaculate and cozy property in a perfect location in Boulder. Very easy walk to Pearl Street, convenient to other areas as well and having a parking space was fantastic. The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay delightful and worry free. There were so many personal touches that made our stay so wonderful. There was coffee in the pantry along with creamer, condiments and spices all provided. We will defintely try to stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful property

This was one of the best properties I have visited. Great communication from the property manager, they were easily accessible with any questions we had. The home was clean and full of every essential you may need and then some! Comfortable bed and great ambiance. The location was very central and I really enjoyed the short walks down Pearl Street to discover new places to eat each day. The creek running by the front porch was the perfect place to start the day with coffee and end it with a glass of wine; so serene and peaceful. I wanted to stay another week just to relax and enjoy the area. Should we have another opportunity to visit the Denver area, I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Great condo right near Pearl Street

This property is a very high- design property with every conceivable convenience an nuance that will make your stay enjoyable already taken into account. From the location to parking to the small but extremely well laid out kitchen to the excellent bedding all has been considered and implemented with a high degree of precision and thought. I really liked the living area as well which featured a Sonos system with built in speakers that sounds great and makes it very easy. Even the media console had a built in heater/faux fireplace that helped create a great ambience while keeping the space cosey and warm. . Chip the host made sure everything was communicated and available for any of our inquiries. Thanks for a great stay in Boulder! I highly recommend this property!

Cute and cozy!

This property was as described, very clean and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the creek in front of us, and a dedicated parking spot made for easy in and out. We walked to Pearl Street and enjoyed the neighborhood.
