A second bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed and private entry to the second bathroom.



A bonus game room featuring a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle, a Ping Pong table, and a collection of board games—perfect for kids or casual evenings in.



A fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, brand-new refrigerator and appliances, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Property was clean. Had T.V. but no cable, could not watch local channels, but had Netflix. There are 3 rather steep steps down to dining room and 3rd bedroom with no handrail. Was difficult for family member who uses a cane. The only ocean view is at foot of driveway, looking between neighbors houses.

We had the most spectacular time celebrating the 4th of July holiday at this beautiful coastal property! The home was very accommodating for our family, which includes three small children. An amazing stay

Ashberry by the Sea was recently remodeled and well apportioned. The peak a boo view of the Chetco Bay was convenient to sampling ocean conditions. Limited pictures of the property and furnishings left some details to imagination. We had Plenty of space for our stay. While accommodating upto 10 as advertised is possible, being a cot and sleeping bag If more than two couples are in your party. Rosalie with Pacific Ocean Properties was prompt with communications.

Spacious House in Central Location

The location is wonderful, with three beaches and downtown Brookings all within a one-mile radius; you can catch sight of the ocean between the neighboring houses. There’s a lot of space in the house, and the wide breakfast nook is really useful. Tons of games in the bonus room. The clawfoot tub is, in a word, awesome, with plenty of hot water to fill it, though the shower portion wasn’t very functional. That said, there were some issues. Every time the heat cycled on, the ceiling duct blew first cold then warm air directly onto the bed. WiFi was iffy (there was an EXT connection but the password didn’t work for it); the instructions for the TV were for a different system. I found dealing with the property management to be challenging (for example, I thought the 6-page rental agreement was unusual). This seems to be a new rental, so probably these issues will be smoothed out soon.
