Lovely property nestled in a quiet and serene location. My friends and I had a lovely time and the host is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is some slight maintenance of the property. Several things are slowly falling into disrepair from age. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay!
We had a good time staying this week! Its such a neat hide away and we were greeted by 2 deer and bunnies which is why I wanted to book this stay. Communication was perfect and we definitely will be back to Isle of view :)!
The property was wonderful. We enjoyed hiking, making fires in the fire pit, exploring nature trails and our favorite spot was down by the river where we fished and waded in the water. We have 3 small weiner dogs and they loved the property as well. Everything was excellent. Well worth the stay and we will definitely be back.
It made for an incredible girls trip! Great for relaxation and enjoying nature. It is such a unique little place. The host was great with communication and always quick to respond.
This was a very magical place to stay--unlike any other place we have stayed before! Very peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed our stay very much and it was hard to leave. The host Marcus' communication is excellent and he offered for us to reach out for any suggestions on places to eat, attractions in the area, etc. Thank you so much, Marcus, for sharing this special place with us and others!
The home was very clean and well maintained. Our dog Max is a senior, like the both of us, the elevator worked out great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and spices. We loved the peaceful setting, would love to visit again in the Summer.
Isle of View is THE COOLEST majestic most wonderful place. We wish we would have had more than two nights to stay here. Marcus is on point. We'd love to go back someday.
Nice quiet property. We stayed for the weekend, able to take a short trip to Covington/Abita but still stay away from any city feel. Owner was great to deal with.
