We stayed in the cottage but when we booked we mistakenly thought we were staying in the bigger house. Was on the same grounds as the owner but we had full access to the property and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place and well taken care of. My family had a blast playing in the river and fishing in the lagoon. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great experience with this property! The host communicated often and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed taking our daily walks. Highly recommend!

Great location, private and close to restaurants /attractions. Family friendly with indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Beautiful acreage and walkable access throughout. Fishing allowed, my husband caught and released two bass. We strolled the property and walked our dogs every day. River bank was clean and cleared to approach the river. Property is very well maintained. Plenty of room for parking. Driveway is paved. Property is well lit and secure. The cottage is lovely with plenty of room. TV’s in living area & all bedrooms are in good working order. Plenty of room in the kitchen and is well supplied. Appliances are well used but work well. Bed comfortable/slept well. Good supply of bath towels and linens. Cottage was clean but could use some deeper cleaning. Overall a great stay and we look forward to returning. Stacey is a wonderful host and very responsive.

A quick visit to friends in the area. Location is great - away from bottleneck traffic between Mandeville and Covington. Would definitely stay again!

The place was cozy and relaxing in all ways. We especially thought the beds were super comfortable. Our most favorite part was being able to walk around the property to the little ponds and the beautiful, quiet creek. We’ll definitely stay here again!
