Set in a privileged position within the Pevero Golf area, the property is ideal for families or groups wishing to stay in an exclusive setting, surrounded by nature yet close to the sea and the services of the Costa Smeralda. The villa features a swimming pool that can be heated upon request, generous outdoor spaces, a garden and furnished terraces, as well as five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property is completed by a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and private parking. Additional services are available upon request.
The villa is spread over multiple levels and offers spacious interiors, carefully designed in every detail. Outside, there is a large garden with panoramic views over the golf course and a swimming pool, which can be heated upon request and is equipped with sun loungers. The main terrace is furnished with a dining table, sofa, and armchairs, making it ideal for relaxing moments or al fresco dining, while a second outdoor area includes an additional dining space and an outdoor shower.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with direct access to the terrace through large glass doors. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, while the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, designed for convenient cooking and hosting lunches and dinners in the villa.
The sleeping area includes two twin bedrooms with beds that can be joined into doubles, both with direct access to the terrace, a master suite with a private bathroom and terrace access, and on the lower level two double bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom. In total, the villa offers three bathrooms, all large and fully equipped.
Among the extra services available upon request is the possibility to arrange private chefs for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, as well as additional housekeeping services.
The villa enjoys a strategic yet tranquil location, just a short distance from some of the most renowned beaches in the area, including Capriccioli, Romazzino, Spiaggia del Principe, and Pevero. Porto Cervo is easily reachable and offers a selection of restaurants, boutiques, and exclusive venues, while supermarkets and all essential services are also nearby.
During their stay, guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, and we will always be available for any need, providing daily assistance via phone or message. Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability, with confirmation provided the day before arrival. At check-out, the property must be left free of waste and personal belongings. Upon prior request and for an additional fee, extra cleaning services with linen change during the stay can also be arranged.
