Located in Castelló d’Empúries, in a peaceful rural setting, the property enjoys a privileged location surrounded by nature, close to the beaches of the Costa Brava and natural areas such as Cap de Creus Natural Park.

Els Masovers is a unique accommodation made up of two independent homes connected by an internal door in the living-dining areas. It is the perfect choice for two families or groups of friends who want to stay together while maintaining their own privacy.

The property has been carefully decorated to create a warm and functional atmosphere. It includes internet connection, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and parking within the property.

Layout:

First house:

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen, living-dining room and a WC.

Upper floor: two bedrooms with double beds (135 cm) and a bathroom with shower.

Second house:

Ground floor: living-dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower, semi-covered terrace and private garden with barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.

Upper floor: hallway with desk area, one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm).

The estate also features large shared outdoor areas including a 4,000 m² garden, seasonal swimming pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue, hammocks and a games room.

Mas Mare de la Font consists of three independent houses, with the possibility of renting the entire property—ideal for family gatherings, large groups or special events (special rate available, conditions apply).

A shared washing machine is available (2€ per use).
