Welcome to Casa Isabella a Private Residence

Enjoy our bright and airy 2 bed/2 en suite bath condo in old town with refreshing private plunge pool and air conditioning. Walk-out to the terrace from the master bedroom with its king size bed and en suite bathroom which features double sinks and a large bath/rain shower room. Second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and its own ensuite washroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. UV sterilized and filtered drinking water on tap.
Our place is located in a lively neighbourhood of mixed Mexican and Americans/Canadians/Europeans. Walking distance to restaurants / shopping / galleries (3 blocks), bars and the beach (8 blocks). Convenience stores and beauty salons across the street. Taxis are easily available.

Exceeded expectations!

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The apartment is outfitted with absolutely everything you would need to enjoy staying in and cooking, and feels like a lived in place with plenty of towels, ice machine and filtered water for drinking. Very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The charm of the local neighbourhood cannot be recreated, from the bustling life-filled streets, to the independent convenience stores and the incredible taco stand at your front door. The terrace and small heated pool become part of this airy escape when the gorgeous sliding windows are open during the day. We loved this place a lot.

PV perfection

The condo is very lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice! Beds are very comfortable and the unit is outfitted with lots of dishes and cooking utensils. The ice machine, filtered water, dishwasher, and washer and dryer are a fabulous touch. The owner is very responsive to any needs and Jose, the caretaker was so helpful. One block of the hill is very steep but did become a bit easier our second week! The neighborhood is a nice mix of locals and tourists. Two grocery stores are right across the street which is very convenient. The street is filled with the sounds of Mexican music, kids playing, dogs barking and roosters crowing! I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in Mexican area of Puerto Vallarta

The condo was modern style, very clean and well decorated. It has all the necessities in the kitchen to be able to cook great meals (I am a chef) beautiful dipping pool on balcony. Close walk to beach, food markets, restaurants, stores, and has 2 convenience stores across street. The property manager Tomy was great, and helped with anything we needed. The owner was also helpful and very available for any problems or recommendations.

Everything was better than we had hoped for. From the cozy and comfortable bed and pillows, the spacious bathrooms, the handy kitchen to the welcoming pool, we had a wonderful 10 days. The hill was easy to walk down and we cabbed up (50 pesos). Short walk to all the restaurants and bars that we like. Yes, we will stay here again (in fact we are booked for January). Loved it!!! But shhh! Don't tell anyone, it's getting difficult to book.

This place is so awesome! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great people watching from the balcony. Delicious food stands on the street some of the time. Close to beach and restaurants. The hill is no joke, so have as many Tacos as you want because you will burn all those calories getting back to the condo!

Hi Craig, your place is awesome and we would recommend it to our friends, if they can walk that hill, lol. We did take a cab a few times!! Only a couple of things I would recommend. A cutting board and salad bowls in the kitchen would have been handy. We would have preferred a table and chairs on the deck to the loungers, but that was just us. Again, thank you very much, and we will definitely be looking for availability for our next trip!!
