***NO PETS*** Merri Mac Cottage is a HGTV designer home that is beautifully decorated and furnished located in Coast Cottages, St. Simons Island Ga. Just steps to two community pools and one of the best beaches on Saint Simons Island.

This three bedroom, three and a half bath home has solid pine floors, plantation shutters, custom cabinets, granite counters, Viking Professional range, oven, fridge, ice maker/drink cooler, luxurious custom baths, tankless hot water heater, large capacity LG steam washer/dryer, high-end luxury furnishings, bedding and linens, 4-ultra HD TV's, and lots more.

There are two community pools at the ocean front pavilion heated during holidays, may be heated during other dates at quests request with $50 per day surcharge. **** This home has a three night minimum.****

** There are nine bunks in the bunk room however only the bottom six can be used. There are signs in this room regarding not using the top bunks. If you use these bunks you will lose your damage deposit.**

** No Spring break groups are allowed. The person renting this home must be present during the entire stay.**

Exactly As Described!

We had plenty of room to spread out. It was just the 4 of us. It was a perfect distance from the heated pool and the beach.

Wonderful beach vacation!

House was clean and nicely furnished upon arrival. Very close to pool and beach. Porch swing was used by all! All bathrooms had oversized showers which were great. Would recommend 100%. Ceiling fan controllers were missing in two of the bedrooms so we couldn’t make use of the fans in those rooms. Otherwise the house was cool and comfortable. Couple items to note: bring a beach wagon if you have alot of stuff to tote to the the beach. It is a long boardwalk. Half of the pool was closed while we were there due to sinking deck issues. Most all restaurants and shops you will need to drive or bike to. Thank you for a great stay.

I'm on island time!

We always enjoy our time on St. Simon's Island. We have stayed in this neighborhood before (at another property). This property had plenty of space for our entire family. The property manager was easy to work with. The check-in process was flawless. Some aspects of the property simply need a little "TLC" to make it a truly 5 star property!
