Enjoy the island lifestyle of Saint Simons Island with your whole family! Our community boasts GREAT local food, jaw dropping sunsets, outdoor fun, and nature’s beauty. The Beach is a short 5 min bike ride, 15 min walk, or 2-3 min by car.

You get 4 bikes with our rental!

Great location at an affordable price

This was the perfect spot for our large family. The condo was cute with great access to a pool and easy walk to the beach. It was also nice to have access to bikes and extra beach items. We would stay here again.

Best Getaway

Modern, clean & quiet condo, just around the corner from the causeway to the beach, which has a biking/walking path. Great communication with the owner.

This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good location, we explored the whole island. Loved the Village, Fort Frederica, and toured the lighthouse and Home Front WWII museum which is excellent if you are a history buff. Very good value on the island.

Great spot Great location!!

Was ready on time and very clean upon arrival. Great spot close to everything you want to do. Kids loved having the pool with all the games right outside the back door. The bikes were great to have as well for a nice ride around town or to the beach. Overall the stay was great.

St Simons family getsway

The property was great. It has all that you need. 8 of us stayed in the house and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and the family games. Great location and the beach was easy to get to.

Check in and out super easy. Communication with property manager was superb! Location was awesome!! The only suggestion I would have is to pressure wash the patio and front steps at the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 8 nights in this cozy unit and it was well outfitted in the kitchen and very conveniently located near the beach and other attractions. We could ride the bikes to East Beach within 5 minutes, or to the Pier/Lighthouse within 10-15 minutes. Very quiet area and nice pool as well. Would stay again!

Perfect Location

Great location, just under a mile from the Village. Pool right outside the back porch. There was an abundance of towels, pillows and blankets and the kitchen was well stocked with basics. Communication was great from booking to our last day.

Comfortable and Convenient

A group of five of us came down for a few nights. There was plenty of room for us all! It was very conveniently located as we were able to walk to the beach and various restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!

Being a guest and a host for VRBO gives me great insight on providing a wonderful experience for both our guests and hosts!

St. Simons Island is a quaint island in the Golden Isles. We fell in love with this island on our first visit in 2020. Our property is the perfect location for a beach day or hanging out in the Village or boardwalk.
