About this property

Located on the south end of the island, this new beach cottage features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with a large family room. The Master suite features a king bed, large TV, beautiful shower and a large walk-in closet. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor both with queen beds and each with a private bathroom. Additional accommodations upstairs in the loft, including 2 daybeds one with a trundle, and another private bath. Bicycles, beach chairs and towels are included with the rental. Leave your car parked for the entire vacation, by choosing to rent the golf cart at one of the rental locations on the island. There is also a new treehouse for the kids to enjoy. The nearby St. Simons' Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse.

A Sparkling Gem in SS Island

We have visited St. Simons for about 5 years now and this was our best accommodation ever. A new and huge house just minutes away for the pier. 3 big bedrooms and baths downstairs fit us great. And there was upstairs space to spare. Beautiful and incredibly comfortable furniture, TV's, front porch, plenty of "at the door" parking. And a huge and amazing kitchen. Excellent condition, extremely clean and well stocked. The owner Juile lives next door and is very personable and very helpful. We were so happy that we plan to try to book this house again next year. And that's a HUGE compliment! PS- or two little pups loved the smooth, cool and carefree floors and space to explore and plop down! They Voted 5 Paws. As long-time renters this place is a real Gem.

Great for our family reunion

Had a good reunion at St Simons. The living room was great four our group to congregate as well as set up a Zoom session with other family members on the large TV.

Very Nice

The house is lovely. The bedding and pillows are old and lack comfort. Four bathrooms but only one hair dryer and no soap in any of them. We had eight people in the house at Christmas time so we surely could have used more than two garbage bags. Even though the rental lacks the little extras that would make it wonderful, its price was good and it was perfect for a family get together.
