Panoramic villa between Umbria and Tuscany
Nestled in a chestnut forest in the Umbrian hills, this villa offers breathtaking views of the Tiberina Valley. More than 300 meters above sea level, you will enjoy the cool natural breeze as you relax in your private retreat surrounded by nature.
The villa is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the upper floor you will find two double bedrooms, while on the ground floor you will find a third double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Two bathrooms, one on each floor, complete the interior of the house.
The large fenced garden, accessible via a tree-lined driveway, houses a small olive grove and a 6x12-meter private swimming pool. The furnished covered patio and barbecue area with wood-burning oven create the perfect space for outdoor dining.
Just 3 km away you will find the village of San Leo Bastia with its bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The strategic location between Umbria and Tuscany means you can easily reach Cortona in 20 minutes, Lake Trasimeno in 30 minutes, and the beautiful art cities of Perugia and Arezzo.
