Within two minutes by car (or a 15 walk) you are at the best Tacoma has to offer: restaurants, coffee shops, stores, grocery store, the Ruston Way waterfront walking path, the Tacoma Little Theater, downtown, the convention center, hospital, and the Movie Theaters.
Slightly further and you are the Museums of Glass, the Tacoma Art Museum, the Washington State History Museum, the universities (UPS & UW), the Rialto and Pantages Theaters, and Point Defiance Park, Zoo and Aquarium.
Seattle is 45 minutes north on 1-5.
Portland is 2.5 hours south.
Mt Rainier National Park is 2 hours away.
Olympia National Park is 2.5 hour drive.
There is a front parking lot and a rear parking lot. You can use either but your check-in instructions will indicate which parking lot is better for your condo. Use any space. Ignore the Tow-away signs.
