Located right on the waterfront and surrounded by its own forest, you’ll find this majestic villa, built in the same style as the historic Liselund Castle. A truly special vacation experience awaits here, where architectural beauty meets the tranquility of nature.



The villa is furnished with an eye for detail and historic charm. The elegant architectural style creates an atmosphere of timeless elegance, while modern amenities ensure a comfortable vacation. Please note that there are 3 separate residences on the property: the main house, Højsande; the forest house, spanning 60 m²; and the annex, spanning 40 m², all situated on a 5,000 m² lot.



The private pool is the crown jewel of the house, perfectly integrated into the natural garden. From the pool area, there is a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility, while the forest around you provides shelter and privacy. The garden offers several cozy nooks where you can enjoy the sunset.



From your private forest path, you have direct access to Marielyst Beach, which has been named Denmark’s best swimming beach. Here you can swim, go for long walks, or simply enjoy the sound of the waves. The area is known for its rich wildlife, and you will often be able to spot both birds and other animals in the surrounding nature.

Fantastic location—peaceful yet close to town—priv...

Fantastic location—peaceful yet close to town—private path to the beach—large pool—plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture in general. The terrace by the house is large and cozy, with plenty of space to eat and spend time outdoors at all times. The annexes work well.
