Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Landes forest, La Maison offers a haven of peace where nature and comfort meet. The large 60m² terrace with its refreshing pool becomes the heart of the house on hot summer days.
The interior, decorated with Moroccan zelliges and carefully sourced designer furniture, includes a convivial kitchen, a 30m² living-dining room with fireplace, and two welcoming bedrooms, one with an alcove perfect for children. The well-stocked library and piano add a cultural touch to your stay.
The spacious garden invites you to relax and enjoy outdoor meals around the barbecue. Unoverlooked, it offers a privileged space to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Landes forest.
Just 8 minutes by car from the ocean beaches and 15 minutes by bike from Lac d'Aureilhan, you can alternate between swimming in the Atlantic and walking in the forest. The center of Mimizan, with its shops and local market, offers an authentic Landes experience.
