When you drive through the small opening between the bushes and trees, nature and tranquility immediately embrace you. The black wooden cabin from 2011 offers high ceilings both physically and mentally with an open living room as the heart of the house, where the kitchen, dining room, and lounge flow together with views of both the front and back gardens.
Three bedrooms with fresh colors adjoin the living room. From the loft, you can get a bird's eye view of family life below. The house is also practical with a washing machine, dishwasher, and both indoor and outdoor showers for summer days.
The large front yard with a generous apple tree is perfect for playing and sunbathing in the afternoon and evening hours. The back yard is deep with mirabelle plum trees, a built-in lounge with shelter on the terrace, and a hammock at the end where you can take a break. The door to the terrace is always open in the summer.
You can walk 15 minutes to Louis og Venner by the old butcher's shop, stroll along the water's edge past thatched cottages to Rørvig harbor, or take forest paths to the beach with light sand and high dunes. On Sundays, there is a flea market at the inn, and Nykøbing Sjælland is a 10-minute drive away.
