La Serra is a 17th-century Catalan farmhouse that has been carefully restored to preserve its original character while creating a peaceful and thoughtfully designed space. The house features spacious common areas with high ceilings, open fireplaces, and the original 17th-century watchtower, which has been integrated into the architecture. You’ll also find a versatile space with a large screen for group activities.
Each bedroom has its own character, linked to the house’s past life. In one of the rooms, the old kitchen has been preserved with the original stove and stone sink, which are now part of the space. These details give each room a simple and peaceful atmosphere, designed for deep rest.
Outside, the house opens up to nature. The garden is surrounded by fields and old oak trees, with different spaces for different moments: an outdoor area for yoga, a pool for the warmer months, shaded corners for relaxing, and a pergola with large tables for communal meals. As a house deeply connected to sports, we’ve also set up specific areas for cycling enthusiasts.
You’re surrounded by places we love ourselves. The Berguedà region is known for its mountain roads and beautiful climbs, while the Lluçanès offers quieter routes with very little traffic, perfect for road, gravel, and mountain biking. For hiking, you’re close to the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, with endless possibilities. Barcelona, Girona, and the Costa Brava are just over an hour’s drive away.
