The apartment has an energy efficiency rating of A4 and features two spacious bedrooms and a living room designed for breakfast, ideal for starting the day in a relaxed manner.
The three-room apartment does not include kitchen facilities and is designed for comfortable stays, beach time, excursions, and family holidays, prioritising space and quality of rest.
“La Papessa” was created in a simple and authentic setting: a family home nestled in the greenery of Savio di Cervia, far from the noise but close to everything that truly matters. There are no generic spaces here: every room has been reimagined, renovated, and meticulously cared for to offer true comfort. The interiors are bright and airy, featuring warm colours and carefully selected materials, to immediately convey a sense of calm and well-being. The rooms are intentionally spacious and quiet, with views of the greenery. Rest is at the heart of the experience: two 180×200 double beds and one 160×190 bed, all equipped with 8-cm mattress toppers and cotton sateen sheets, guarantee a deep and restorative sleep. It’s a deliberate choice: guests come to La Papessa to sleep well after a day at the beach, a bike ride, or a visit to nearby cities of art.
The house offers two different ways to experience it.
The “L’Ulivo” one-bedroom apartment with kitchen is designed for those who value independence: a bright living room with a fully equipped private kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom with an extra-large shower, and a balcony overlooking the greenery. It’s ideal for couples and medium- to long-term stays, allowing you to feel at home without compromising on space.
The three-room apartment “Le Saline,” without a kitchen, prioritises space, comfort, and tranquility: two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and terrace, a second spacious bathroom, and a cosy, bright living room perfect for breakfast. It’s the perfect solution for families and small groups seeking an immediate sense of welcome and well-maintained surroundings.
The garden is the true heart of the home. Well-maintained and peaceful, with trees, flowers, and shaded corners, it features a furnished gazebo and a sofa area designed for relaxing, reading, chatting, or enjoying breakfast outdoors. A built-in mosquito repellent system allows you to enjoy the outdoor spaces with peace of mind even in the evening, offering a sense of true tranquility.
