Clean and great location

The suite was very spacious for our family of four. We traveled with our two kids, ages 4 and 1. It was also very clean. You have a great view from the living room. The location itself was great, just steps from the beach once you exited the lobby. It’s a short drive to the little downtown area where there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. That area itself is very walkable. Check in and check out were easy as well. We would definitely like to visit there again!

Perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a great laytout for a family of five and is in a building that could not be closer to the beach. Unit is well maintained -- it looks a bit older in the pictures than it does in person. Our kids enjoyed it a ton and we hope to be back soon.

Great place that vacation

Week vacation at the Tower at Palm Bay Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in the Tower at Palm Bay Club on the 5th floor north. The property was in a great location, views were nice from many windows, easy access to the beach. Siesta Village, many good restaurants and the public beach are a short ride away.The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and provided everything needed for a nice stay, however some of the furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils could definitely use an update! One of the bathroom fans did not work.Overall was a pleasant stay!
