Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room has a sofa sleeper as well as a 42? flat screen television with Direct TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
