About this property

This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a two twin beds. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench and grab bar, and the other has a tub/shower combinations. The beautiful open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Bayside Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Palm Bay club and our 1st time Bayside. We lived the location of this co do bc you could sit on the balcony and see all the action happening on the street. This condo is nice and clean just as described. However, the supplies that come with the condo are few and far between. Nothing left over from other guests. No beach chairs, salt and pepper, plastic cups, paper towel, nothing! So just be prepared for that.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We had a few hiccups when we checked in but Yandri with the security staff helped us out. We had several issues but he cleared them up immediately. He was most helpful! Great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The car noise on Midnight Pass Road made it impossible to sit outside and relax, sleeping was also difficult without ear plugs. No one told us beach chairs were available, needed to obtain by 8 AM otherwise gone.Blinds on windows were broken. Garbage disposal was broken.Disappointing experience for so much money.
