About this property

This renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for a maximum of six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 42" flat screen tv, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, also with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with 50" flat screen tv and DVD player as well as a sofa and two reclining chairs with ottomans for your entertainment. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

1st Timer and would come back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like the resort. The room was great. We chose bayside due to cost. The walk to the beach was further than I thought but we brought a collapsible wagon to carry all our things so it wasn’t too bad. The pool on the bayside is very nice and has a nice view of the bay and boats driving by. The hot tub was so hot most people only put their feet in. The beach was beautiful and very large. Overall we enjoyed the week and would stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Palm Bay! The owners made some improvements(for example, the beds in the guest room were much more comfortable than last year). All employees (front office,security, and maintenance) were friendly and helpful. Having access to the beach and a spectacular view of the bay is a huge positive for us. We'll be back to Palm Bay next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Palm Bay Club! 🌴🌴🌴This unit looks great in pictures. The amenities of Palm Bay club are nice and staff very helpful and accommodating. This unit was clean. The bathrooms very small and dated. The master bed was ok, the other beds were terrible for an adult to sleep in. The mattress protectors were like sleeping on plastic sheets. The TV’s are old and one didn’t work. Management replace the tv for the week, but only had limited channels and no smart TV’s or any way to add a streaming service . We were outside at the pool or beach so it didn’t matter much. We have stayed at PBClub in recent years and stayed in much better rooms. The maintenance staff does a great job maintaining the public areas.

Siesta Key Relaxation At It's Finest

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great location on 1st floor. Love the bay side with pool and hot tub and fishing dock. 2 minute drive across the street to the beach. Easy parking and lots of space. Would stay again.
