About this property

This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has one queen size bed and one full size bed. Both bedrooms have 26" flat screen TV's while the living room is equipped with a 37" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower with 3 grab bars. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Great Vacation

We visit Siesta Key every year but this was the first time staying at the Palm Bay Club, everything was excellent! The condo was extremely clean and stocked and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We will be back to vacation at the club again.

Always enjoyed Palm Bay but policies have changed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay at least four times and always enjoyed our time there. This year they are catering to short term rentals and not providing anything to the long term rentals of 4 weeks or more. Consequently, the weeks of spring break were noisy, pools too full for older people to enjoy. Our unit was very nice so no complaints about that. We will be looking for other areas and accommodations in the future. We already have a place booked for a month next year for quite a bit cheaper and benefits to long term rentals including washer and dryer in the unit.

Sweet family getaway!

We are a family of five and had a wonderful stay here! Our condo was very tidy, cozy, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My boys were super excited to find nice fishing poles and a tackle box to use during their stay as well! Everyone at Palm Bay was friendly and helpful. We used the bay side pool and hot tub multiple times a day, both were wonderful! We also used the pool on the gulf side and pickleball courts. Our place was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Friendly Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely perfect for my family. I have two young girls (ages 1.5 and 3) and we had the perfect amount of space for the four of us to stay. The place was super clean, had all the kitchen items we would ever need and more, bathrooms and place overall looked newly renovated, able to park close to the beach and walk, and lots of things that we were able to use that we weren't expecting. They had umbrellas, a pack n play if we needed, some toys for our girls to play with, a wagon for the beach, and a vacuum that helped keep down on the sand around the condo. Can't say enough great things about this rental. If we ever come back to Siesta Key or have someone who is interested, we will be sure to pass along this condo!
