Villa Ellin, with a surface area of 190 m², for up to 8 guests, featuring a large, beautifully landscaped garden and a 32 m² swimming pool available exclusively to guests. The 1,000 m² yard is also at your disposal.

The villa is located near the town of Žminj, in a small residential area with only a few houses, making it ideal for families with children or couples. It consists of a living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate WC, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer Air conditioning and central heating are provided.

The 40 m² terrace is equipped with a table and seating for 8 people, along with a barbecue. There is also a children’s playground with swings and a slide, as well as a table tennis area.
