Villa Križanci is located in the small village of Križanci near Žminj in the green heart of Istria. The house is surrounded by a large, park-like garden full of flowers and greenery. Where is your favorite spot? By the pool, on the hammock, at the cozy table at the barbecue area or perhaps on the volleyball court? Children are also well catered for. In addition to a swing, there is also a trampoline, a volleyball court and a table tennis table. You can park your car on the enclosed property under a shaded carport.
The 120 m² villa with its 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms offers enough space for up to 8 people. The center of the house is the perfectly equipped open kitchen with the adjoining living-dining room.
Villa Križanci is ideal for families looking for peace and relaxation. From here you can set off on excursions to all of Istria's attractions, very easily by foot, bicycle or motorcycle.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten die Villa Krizanci für 2 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft haben uns die Vermieter mit selbstgemachtem Gebäck begrüßt und uns das Haus und das Gelände gezeigt. Ein netter Empfang von sehr angenehmen Menschen. Das Haus besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbetten, 2 Einzelbetten, jeweils mit Schrank und Nachttischen), 2 Bädern (1x Dusche, 1x Dusche und Badewanne) sowie einem großzügigen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Klimaanlage. Direkt vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Terrasse einem großen Tisch und großen Bänken. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich der Pool (ca. 3,5m x 7m / 1,40m tief) und eine weitere Terrasse mit identischer Möblierung. Hier befindet sich auch der riesige gemauerte Grill. Rund um den Pool standen 6 Sonnenliegen und 2 große Sonnenschirme. Ein Spielhaus mit Rutsche für Kinder, ein Federballnetz, ein Trampolin und eine Tischtennisplatte stehen zur Nutzung bereit. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Super!!!

Die Villa ist einfach toll, komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind alle Ausflugsziele und Orte mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Toller, riesiger Garten mit Volleyballfeld, Tischtennis und Pool und ein schöner offener Grill. Sehr herzliche Vermieter die uns bei der Ankunft mit Kuchen begrüsst haben, auch bei der Abreise gab es Kuchen und ein Gastgeschenk für jede Familie. Einmal haben sie für uns gegrillt es war super lecker und wir hatten einen einen sehr schönen Abend zusammen. Wir können es nur empfehlen!
