The villa offers Wi Fi, bed linens, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits weekly. These visits are brief, discreet, and limited to the outdoor areas. The villa is air conditioned in all rooms, and features ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the outdoor porch. There is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A crib and high chair are available upon prior request; we recommend requesting them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented on an exclusive use basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy. The villa has one parking space on the property, and there is free parking in the surrounding area.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. Arenal d en Castell is a residential area located on the northern coast of Menorca, known for its large beach with fine sand and calm, crystal clear waters. Its sheltered bay shape keeps the sea shallow and ideal for swimming. The villa is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities that make for a comfortable stay during the summer months. About 50 meters away, there is a small supermarket with a bakery offering fresh pastries daily, an Italian restaurant, a playground, and a petanque court. The area slopes downwards, with the beach at the bottom and the main amenities at the top, offering beautiful views from various spots and some restaurants. In the opposite direction from the main beach, about a 6 minute walk away, lies Cala Morts, a small rocky cove ideal for snorkeling on calm days or when the south wind blows. About 400 meters away are also the cliffs of Punta Grossa, a pleasant natural setting for strolling and enjoying the sea views. It is primarily a tourist and family friendly area, lively during the high season and quieter outside the summer months, making it a good choice for both enjoying the beach and unwinding. A short drive away are other points of interest such as Fornells, Son Parc, Na Macaret, and the port of Addaia, allowing you to continue exploring the island s northern coast. From the villa, you can walk to Arenal d en Castell Beach and the commercial district, where you ll find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and other businesses during the season. To explore other coves and points of interest in Menorca, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorcycle. This offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that public transportation cannot reach. If you prefer to use public transportation, there are bus routes connecting Arenal d en Castell with other towns on the island, such as Es Mercadal, Fornells, or Mahón. The house is laid out on a single floor and features spacious, bright rooms, all of which face outward. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and 1 with two single beds (90 cm). All have built in closets and en suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and three with showers). All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and three of them have direct access to the outdoors. The living dining room is large and furnished with a 6 seater sofa, a 55 inch TV with satellite channels, a fireplace, and a dining table. It also has air conditioning, and from here you can access the kitchen and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
