Beautifully presented south-facing detached villa with stunning open views of the sea and Mojácar Old Town, ideally located on Mojácar Playa. Featuring a private swimming pool and multiple outdoor living areas, this wonderful property is just a 9-minute walk from the beach and local amenities.
The villa offers 3 spacious double bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the pool area, a dressing room, 2 bathrooms, plus an additional guest W/C. Inside, there is a bright lounge and a very spacious kitchen-diner, ideal for entertaining and family living.
The property can be accessed in two ways: via the main gate below, with stairs leading up to the main entrance, or through the upper entrance, which offers just a few steps down to the main door on the first floor.
