Ping pong table and quiet reading space in the Farm house were just what we needed. Host was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. Wonderful place to welcome the New Year!

Had a great stay at the retreat. The landscape is beautiful and we loved venturing around with our pups in the morning to explore the huge backyard and do some yoga on the back dock! The house is lovely as well and the patio and fire pit were great places to spend time lounging post-hike in the evenings. The location was perfect and we had tons of options for activities such as golfing and hiking. We hope to be back very soon!!

Amazing stay. Quiet and relaxing. Steam shower, sauna and hot tub were amazing. The woods surrounding the property was beautiful but the tent/pond area was underwhelming. We heard coyotes while in the hot tub at night. Very cool. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Beautiful home in the Catskills! The peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for to get away. The swim spa and barn were used every day. The kitchen was wonderful and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Short drive to many of the local towns. They were very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The house and furnishings were truly exceptional. The kitchen was a chef's dream in a most serene and scenic area. My family and I are already planning our next visit. We felt very welcomed. Charming farmhouse on beautiful property. Updates, but original charm still there which we loved. Everything you need in the kitchen, amazing deck with views. Hike up the hill to the pond with deck, the restored barn is beautiful with additional suite. Property management was very responsive when contacted about spa pool not reaching hot tub temp. Great proximity to Bellyeare

Spacious accommodation spread across main house and barn. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was fun and plenty of extra towels provided. Large washer/dryer and all kitchen/laundry supplies provided. Only a five minute drive to Bellyeare mountain so great as a ski stay. Easy to communicate with caretaker and easy access.

Healing Waters Farm

The house and property were beyond our expectations. It is such a beautiful property. Plenty of open space outside. The house is a fabulous fully renovated farm house We loved staying there. The huge deck off the kitchen had a hot tub pool. It was great. We look forward to staying there again.

I cannot say enough about this property and the host. Top notch across the board. Beautiful property, loaded with incredible spaces and amenities. The best appointed kitchen I have experienced in a rental - literally everything one could need. Plus, the host gave great updates on current local happenings on top of a very thorough guide and ideas included in the welcome kit both at the home as well as a PDF ahead of check in. The host has taken care of every detail to make the place feel both homey and luxurious. Already looking to book my next stay to share with friends and family ASAP. Truly my best Catskills stay since I started coming up several times a year for the past 5 years.

Beautiful, relaxing winter break!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week vacation in the Catskills. We loved the property - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and very cozy and well-appointed farmhouse with plenty of space for a family of 4 (or more). We skied every day at Belleayre, which was only a few minutes away. Late afternoons were spent luxuriating in the hot tub with a glass of wine and staring up at the mountain we had just skied. So peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely return! It’s a perfect winter getaway, and I’d love to experience it in the summer too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Cozy but modern farmhouse in a beautiful Catskills location

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here with our family of 6 (3 generations). Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with thoughtful pantry goodies for guests really helped our stay during this snowy Thanksgiving. Rooms are spacious with extra linens. Master bath was great with jacuzzi bath. A lovely piano, kids' games and a large property with a walking trail up to the tipi area gave our family lots to do. No issues with wifi or cell reception for us. We've stayed in other Catksills homes and this was the family's favorite so far. It's really got a lovely energy to the home and the entire property. Would love to visit in warm weather to take advantage of the deck, outdoor seating, etc.

Thanksgiving

Our family of 5 (ages 21-55) plus dog had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful property. Everything was just perfect -- the home is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, primary bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and steam shower felt luxurious. We appreciated the treats left for us (coffee, wine, granola, etc.). The natural beauty of the property and surrounding environs is stunning. We enjoyed walking the property and spent hours around the fire pit. We didn't venture far, given how much we enjoyed the home and property, but had fun discovering bakeries and shops in Fleischmanns and nearby town of Margaretville. We hope to be back!

Cozy and Clean Winter Getaway Close to Skiing

My family had a wonderful stay at this property this past weekend and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The house is very clean and came with many amenities and special touches such as shampoo, conditioner, yummy gourmet snacks, and wine. The first floor is very spacious and we enjoyed playing games and watching tv in the living room after a long day of skiing. The property manager was extremely helpful leading up to our visit and even after we left. We left a cell phone there and within a few days she had already shipped it back to us. The house is about a 10 minute drive from Belleayre mountain, and is close to some amazing restaurants. We look forward to planning another visit!
