Emm was extremely responsive to my texts and has amazing abilities to do things remotely! The couch was fabulous for two to spread out and lounge, and the mountain views were wonderful. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time

Great Time in the Catskills

Emm’s place was perfect for what we needed. It’s beautiful, very clean, and lots of stuff to do in and around the area. Emm is good at communicating and responds relatively quickly if you need her. Overall experience was great.

Catskill Getaway

My wife and I, along with another friend, stayed at the Berushka Cottage during a recent visit to the Catskills. The cottage was centrally located for all the activities we planned to do and met all of our needs. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and seeing the mama deer with her fawn around the property several times. The communication with the host was very good and she was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay while visiting the area.

Emm's cottage is in a perfect peaceful location to explore all the Catskills has to offer. We had a great time getting out during the day and then enjoying the peace and quiet of this mountainside home. Looking forward to getting back soon.

The host is AMAZING. very organized, gives you options, hiking, food, tells you exactly how to operate the home and the amenities. My favorite part is the peace and quiet. You can hear a pin drop. It is honestly amazing. I recommend

Lovely home in beautiful setting

We had a relaxing vacation in this comfortable, tastefully furnished home in a beautiful secluded setting. Everything was spic and span, the kitchen was well outfitted with everything a cook could need, including brand new high end cookware, the bed was super comfortable, and Martina responded promptly and was helpful with any questions. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Cozy cottage with a beautiful view!

We loved staying at Martina’s cottage, the view and surrounding areas are beautiful! It was updated with all the modern conveniences one can wish for, and Martina was very prompt in her responses. We would think of staying here again!

Wonderful Getaway

Most people come here for skiing but I came here for a quiet, relaxing getaway with my boyfriend and mission accomplished. Everything was easy and the place is lovely. We also had a wonderful dinner at Peekamoose at the reccomendation of the owner. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful space and location!

We stayed 3 nights here, and it was just perfect for the 4 of us! The space inside is open, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were VERY comfortable in both bedrooms. Amenities were as described, and Martina was very communicative and quickly responsive to our questions. Our favorite thing about this house is the gorgeous setting on the side of a mountain, yet close to the places in the Catskills we wanted to go. Beautiful views from all the rooms! Sitting on the enclosed porch with morning coffee and evening beverage was magical! We were in the area for a wedding at Spillian just minutes away, but took extra time to do some scenic drives through the mountains with stops in nearby small towns.
