Within a brief two-minute walk from the front door, you'll find yourself on the stunning white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, with the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico beckoning. IRB, a peaceful 3-mile stretch, is a serene residential beach town just south of Clearwater Beach (rated the #6 beach in the US for 2022). In contrast to the bustling tourist scene at Clearwater Beach, IRB offers a tranquil island beach community without the tourist frenzy, yet still close enough to Clearwater for those seeking a livelier atmosphere.

Sandy Toes Cottage, thanks to Hurricane Helene, is a recently renovated, and remodeled vacation beach house, that stands as a testament to luxury and comfort. Every inch of this private duplex home has been tastefully renovated, remodeled and decorated, showcasing all-new furniture throughout.

The house boasts a luminous open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space, a spacious bedroom, and a spa-like bathroom.

The large private backyard, features a hammock and bikes. Sandy Toes Cottages also has its own private patio with relaxing chairs, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, offering a delightful retreat just a 2-minute walk from the beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops.
Beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella and cooler are provided.
