Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 10m x 5m, depth 0.5m x 3m, 09:00 - 17:00) with jacuzzi section and changing facilities. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the grounds.. A bright and central open-plan living space creates a comfortable hub for spending time together after a day exploring the coast. Large patio doors open directly onto the generous side decking area, providing a lovely indoor-outdoor feel and a great spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining or relaxing in the evening sunshine. This outside space is handy for morning coffee, alfresco meals or relaxing in the evening sun. The practical kitchen has plenty of space for preparing holiday favourites, while the main sleeping area enjoys its own private facilities for extra comfort and convenience. Further cosy sleeping areas and an electric fire support a family-friendly layout that works well for longer stays, and a separate utility and storage space helps keep beach kit organised. Guests also have use of a superb swimming pool for holiday dips between outings. From here you can enjoy Hayling’s beaches, coastal walks, watersports, Funland Amusement Park, Beachlands leisure facilities and easy trips to Portsmouth, Chichester and the South Downs.
