Situated between Brecon and the literary town of Hay on Wye, 5 miles away, world renowned for books and bookshops and its literary festival. It also has traditional markets with local produce, art galleries, antique and independent shops, and great gastro pubs, restaurants and cafés.

Inside, a bright kitchen-dining area includes a table where you can look out through the open door to the countryside. The practical cooking space makes it easy to put together family meals, with everyone gathering around the table to plan the next outing. After a day discovering Brecon’s shops, cafés and local paths and interesting book shops of Hay- on Wye, returning to a calm, homely space to relax together feels very natural.
