Our cottage is situated in the heart of the Moray Coast, offering an idyllic setting amid splendid cycling routes and pet-friendly walking paths.
The towns of Buckie and Banff are conveniently accessible, providing a variety of dining establishments, pubs, shops and supermarkets.
Guests will have unrestricted access to our washer and dryer facilities, along with fresh towels, toiletries, and essential kitchen appliances.
A selection of provisions, including milk, eggs, butter, and bread, will be provided for your convenience, alongside an assortment of breakfast cereals.
In the kitchen, you will also find the Wi-Fi password, as well as a complimentary dram of whisky to help you commence your holiday.
The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind and offers everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. It comprises three bedrooms: one king-size bed; one double room with ensuite facilities; and one single room featuring one single bed and a standard bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 adults and 2 children.
A minimum stay of three (3) nights is stipulated, with reduced rates available for extended periods. The maximum stay at the property is fourteen (14) nights.
Check-in is permitted from 3 pm, while check-out should be completed by 10 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Well-behaved pets are welcomed for an additional charge of £20 per pet, per stay.

Accommodation is available on a weekly basis, specifically from Saturday to Saturday, during the months of March through October. However requests for reservations outside this time frame may be submitted for consideration.
