Set over a spacious ground floor with a large living room, kitchen and bedrooms, there is plenty of space for families and groups to enjoy a relaxing country getaway together.
The beautiful sage green kitchen with its high ceilings is a lovely space to enjoy breakfast together before setting out for the day to explore. The large living room with its white shutters, elegant furnishings and fireplace is the perfect place to gather in the evening around a crackling fire. Through its traditional cottage windows, you can enjoy views of rolling green pastures. The kitchen and living room flow seamlessly together, creating a fantastic social space for annual group getaways. Each of the spacious bedrooms has been beautifully furnished and all benefit from their own immaculate en suites.
Outside there is a south-facing private garden and terrace with dining table, ideal for those al fresco summer dinners surrounded by roses and lavender. In spring you can marvel at deer, muntjac and lively lambs in the pasture as well as views of the Cotswold Escarpment beyond. With The Cotswold Way right on your doorstep, you'll be spoilt for choice with spectacular walks to nearby Broadway village and picturesque Stanton.

Kitchen: The spacious, elegant kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Gather round the large table seating six for indulgent breakfasts and dinners.
Living Room: The large living room has ample sofa seating arranged around an impressive fireplace, the perfect spot for cosy evenings. A Smart TV and board games are provided for entertainment. Enjoy views of the distant pastures.
Bedroom One: This spacious bedroom with king-size bed boasts elegant furnishings and linens and pretty window shutters. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers provides plenty of clothing storage. It also has a lovely en suite.
En suite The en suite for bedroom one has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom Two: A spacious, quiet room with king-size bed, large wardrobe and lovely en suite.

Enjoy lunch or dinner at the large dining table seating six with views of sheep pastures in the distance. Children can run around the garden area or venture to the pretty apple orchard for a spot of badminton or croquet. There are plenty of beautiful walks from your doorstep, including down to the picturesque village or to Dover's Hill, a natural amphitheatre and the starting point of The Cotswold Way.
