Honua Kai resort offers beach access, multiple pools, water effects, spa amenities, and outdoor living.
Enjoy resort life with on-site dining options (Dukes), resort cafe, and other nearby dinning/shopping options.
Multiple BBQ gas grills are located throughout the resort property are available for those who prefer outdoor cooking with a setting sun backdrop.
Whalers General store located in Konea tower lobby. A convenient store for gifts, lattes, smoothies, and iced teas/snacks.

Honua Kai is a premium resort destination with world class amenities like spa and gym. Enjoy resort living with complementary in-home WiFi, multiple resort pools, and beach front access. We loved our stay... the room came along with all the beach thing needed to play and stay comfortably. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful and the property is so nice. The pools are super fun and Dukes is a great perk. Also the coffee shop was great.Will hopefully come back with our whole family next time!

Absolutely everything my family and I needed for our 6 day stay. Very comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen, and clear instructions to make the condo “yours.” Loved the ability to do laundry prior to leaving to save time getting back into the swing of things at home.

Amazing Maui stay!

Stying at Ken's place was flawless from start to finish. Ken is on point with his communication and response time, the place is beautiful, well stocked with everything my family needed (from cooking to days spent on the beach). The resort amenities access was wonderful: clean towels whenever we needed them, drinks by the pool, direct access to an awesome stretch of beach, holding luggage/groceries while we waited for check in. The resort staff were also the friendliest I've come across in a long time! 100% would come back!

For starters Ken was great right away and all the way through with communication! Great Host! The condo was clean and had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and views better than even pictures show. The Mountain View is nice as you spend a lot of time on beach and at pool already so it’s a nice change of scenery. We worried a little about 10th floor and elevator wait time, but had zero issues. Longest wait was maybe 90 seconds., maybe…No issues finding pool chairs either. Maui is as advertised, paradise! Thank you Ken! We plan to visit again!

Great family resort

Loved this stay & condo. Excellent free underground parking. Great amenities at the resort - the little coffee shop had everything we needed. Dukes was awesome for several of our dinners. Loved that we really didn’t need to leave the resort for anything at all. The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and well appointed. SO convenient not to have to pack high chair or crib, since those were both available here. Loved the view facing out toward the hills, this was our first not-ocean-facing stay and that felt like it was going to be a compromise but actually it was great. Also since this is way up high we did have bird visitors to the patio but no other critters. The pool was a ton of fun and the kid’s pool area and splash pad / water slide were special favorites for our family. That being said since the condo has multiple pools you really can’t go wrong. This place was really perfect with our toddler but I’m sure would be great for other family formats / couples too. Such a pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

This one bedroom property is at a great location right on the beach in Kaanapali and near the supermarket and other great restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful time and everything worked perfectly in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We would gladly book this condo again next time we visit Maui.

Beautiful Property

The entire resort is quite well maintained, as is the penthouse apartment. Ken, the host, could not have been more helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. It’s nice having a combo lock instead of a key to possibly lose.

The perfect getaway

Ken was an immaculate host and his place was beyond beautiful! We arrived slightly before check in and he allowed us to check in early which was a life saver after a long flight with a toddler. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked to stay comfortable. The resort itself is breathtaking and has beautiful views, it’s also in a great location. We had everything we needed walking distance from the condo. Ken’s condo also had beach chairs and toys which was perfect for a relaxing time at the beach. His communication was top tier and was very friendly with checking in. Our family had an incredible time and will definitely be looking forward to coming back for our next trip! Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Maui soon!!

Loved staying in this condo. Ken was super responsive and very informative. Loved how clean the condo was and all the things included. I especially enjoyed that there was a makeup mirror although that was a great bonus! The condo smelled great and was extremely clean. My little family of 4 would absolutely recommend and already want to come back! The resort is phenomenal and would highly recommend! Also the kids and myself enjoyed the cat colony on the beach/reaort!

Fantastic spot for a family stay on West Maui

What an incredible trip! Ken took good care of us, communicated clearly about everything, and even was able to give us an early check-in which made our first day excellent! The pools on property are awesome! Waterfalls, water slides, tons or little nooks and crannies to explore. The beach out front was fun for family snorkeling with my 4 yr old. The place was just the right size for a family of 3. We ate dinner every night out on the lanai and slept comfortably in our beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to eat meals in and save a bit of money and the Dukes on property was super convenient for apps during the day and we loved having the fins, sand toys, and beach chairs there to borrow. Thanks for everything Ken!
