The property is completed with a second full bathroom, a spacious and bright living-dining room, an elegant integrated kitchen, and a private terrace. Additionally, for those who need to balance leisure and work, it offers an office space and a functional laundry area.

The property is equipped with the highest standards to ensure maximum comfort: it has an elevator, air conditioning, and central heating. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and complete kitchenware.

Its location is strategic for transport and mobility, situated a few minutes' walk from the Nuevos Ministerios station, one of the city's main transport hubs with direct access to the airport. For your total peace of mind, we offer, upon request, an additional facility management service during your stay to quickly resolve any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bed sheets and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort adapted to your needs.

For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease agreement. After signing it, and outside the platform's payment system, the payment of the security deposit and utilities will be processed.

The payment of these items is essential for final confirmation and key handover.

***Security deposit: Given current national and regional regulations, a 1-month security deposit is required for all stays, which must be registered with the Legal Registry Administration. This deposit will be returned after check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property to ensure it is returned in its original condition.

*** Minimum stay and requirements: This apartment is exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. According to local regulations, guests must provide documentation proving the temporary nature of their stay (e.g., employment contract, internship, studies, or home renovations).

Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pets: We are pet-friendly! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional pet fee will apply.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability and prior inquiry.

1. Access to the Property (Main Gate)
The day before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link or QR code to open the main gate.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the gate. Upon doing so, the gate will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and a time validity. Do not perform tests before your arrival.

2. Access to the Apartment (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main gate, you will have the code that you must use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Remove the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
