Ground floor: entrance hall, full bathroom, spacious kitchen with direct access to the living room, and one double bedroom.

First floor: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, two additional double bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Outdoor area: large fully fenced garden with spectacular mountain views. It also features a spacious barbecue area, ideal for gatherings and outdoor leisure.

The accommodation features underfloor heating, providing pleasant and evenly distributed warmth throughout all rooms. It maintains a consistent temperature and creates a particularly cozy atmosphere during the colder months.
