The house is just 15 minutes from Cabárceno Natural Park and close to the beaches of the Cantabrian coast, making it a great choice for those seeking peace and a natural setting, with quick access to the highway connecting to Santander in 20 minutes by car.



Relax in the private garden and on the balcony with beautiful mountain views, or enjoy the covered terrace. A private barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.



Private parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, but may not be left alone inside the house. Parties are not allowed.



The garden is independent and fully fenced, in a quiet area very close to Cabárceno Nature Park. You will be near the beaches of the Cantabrian coast, with quick access to the highway and just 20 minutes from Santander.
