Welcome to "BearFootin" . Our home away from home , features excellent mountain views , an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, flat-screen TVs and a warm fireplace in the main living area. Two-story windows offer excellent views of the surrounding mountains and flood the house with lots of light. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub on the screened-in back porch. See the lights of Anakeesta from the back porch.
We also own "Bearadise" just down the hill from "BearFootin'". Perfect if you need more room for a large family or have another family traveling with you. Check it out for availability - VRBO # 1814259

Smoky Mountains Getaway

Definitely an experience to get up to the cabin since you have to drive at an incline.The view was amazing even had a special guest (bear)first thing in the morning!Close to the strip and to many restaurants!

In all honesty, this was the cleanest cabin I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot throughout gatlinburg. Everything from the hot tub, the many dishes they have, to their response time was immaculate.

Cutest cabin with local bears

Our family, including our three kids LOVED this cabin. The drive up the hill is intense, but our mini van could handle it. We saw 4 bears at the cabin, two adults and two cubs. The owners had great communication as well.

Bears

If you want to see bears and great views this is the place for you.. It's very close to downtown! Also just make sure you lock your car doors because a bear opened both my car doors looking for food!

Weekend Getaway

The house was very cute with some entertainment for both adults and kids. The loft serves as a great second room while also allowing you to supervise the kids. The location is very ascetically pleasing. The host was easy to work with and communicated quickly to messages. The only thing I would change, personal preferences really, was that the bed and pillows were firm. I prefer a bit more cushion in my bedding.

Wonderful Cabin, Great Location!!

This cabin was perfect. It was clean, decorated nicely and was the perfect size. It was initially going to just be me and my husband coming down for a getaway for Jeep weekend, but since there was an upstairs loft, we decided to bring our 15 yr old with us too. We had a blast playing air hockey and arcade games. The hot tub was also wonderful. The location made the cabin even more perfect, with it being so close to town. It still felt like you were up in the mountains though, with a great view of the mountain side. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Lovely cabin and a wonderful stay

We loved our time in Gatlinburg. This cabin was exactly as advertised. It was very clean. The bed in the main bedroom was SO comfy. The kitchen had all the dishes and supplies we needed. The hot tub on the screened-in porch/deck was very clean and hot. We loved the location of this cabin. It was close to the main attractions, great restaurants, and also close to the entrance to the national park. There was a large grocery store about a mile away where we could purchase items we had forgotten to bring. We loved it, and we’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Not a lot of room to turn your car around when other cars are at the house across from us. Lots of spider webs in the house, but house is cute and cozy. Didn't know there wasn't a back yard we could go to.
