The sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and comfortable outdoor seating, while a bathroom with shower is conveniently available by the pool. Overlooking the pool, a charming stone patio provides the ideal setting for pleasant outdoor living. The area features a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerators, and a barbecue, making it perfect for al fresco breakfasts, family lunches, or romantic dinners under the stars.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi, the villa is surrounded by approximately 2,000 sqm of private land with olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees. Oranges, mandarins, figs, plums, and pomegranates are available to guests, offering an authentic experience immersed in nature. The owner is also a producer of organic olive oil, representing the finest agricultural traditions of the region.

To make your stay even more special, the owner, a professional chef, can organize private culinary experiences upon request (cost to be agreed directly with the owner), preparing traditional Sicilian dishes right at the villa.

The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of southeastern Sicily. Just a few minutes away lies Chiaramonte Gulfi, one of the island’s most charming villages, while the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage baroque towns of Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli are easily accessible. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: three double bedrooms with an additional single bed, and one double bedroom with two single beds.
