A €400 security deposit is required before check-in. The amount will be held on the credit card (on the day of arrival or up to one day before) and released up to 7 days after check-out, provided no damages are found.

The platform does not hold the security deposit, allowing us to collect it directly from the guest. This information is displayed at the time of booking confirmation. Therefore, all reservations must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
